We recommend you to do a total of 5 treatments initially, spaced two to six weeks apart to see optimal results. You can always do frequent treatments after the 5 treatments, to prevent fine lines and to reach optimal results based on your preference and budget.

One treatment will take typically less than 30 minutes to complete.

For customers who have completed a 5 treatment regimen, the results can last for up to 1 year. We do recommend you to get a touch-up treatment every two to six weeks to achieve optimal collagen production to prevent aging.

You may see improvements as early as after the first treatment. For complete results, it will take typically three to six months as results may vary between individuals.

People with electronic implants like pacemakers, AICD, defibrillators, or implantable devices like neurostimulators and IUDs, are not suitable to receive ThermiSmooth Face treatment as the radiofrequency could interfere with these devices

Pregnant women are also not suitable for Thermismooth as pregnancy hormones can make the skin more sensitive to heat.

No after-care is required as ThermiSmooth is a non-invasive treatment. Our specialists will apply sun-screen on your treated areas after the treatment.

You may feel a warm sensation from the handheld device but you will not feel any pain.

There is no downtime. You can resume your activities right after the treatment. You may experience minor redness from the treated areas but it should dissipate within half an hour or less.

If you are wearing any makeup, we will be removing it, and may shave any areas that we deem necessary for the treatment.

Please remove all jewelries, watches, and face / body piercings before the treatment.
If you have make-up or lotion on your selected treatment areas/s, we will be removing them right before we start treatment
Should you have excessive hair in the selected treatment area, please remember to shave 1 day prior as well
