We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate our clients, we offer a flexible cancellation policy that allows for free cancellations and reschedules up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Early Cancellations

• You may cancel your appointment without any charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Login to your account, click on “My Schedule”, select your appointment and click Cancel, that session will be added into your account.

• A cancellation email will be sent to you so keep a lookout for it!

• Whenever you are ready to re-book your appointment with us, log in to your account and select the same service to arrange your appoointment.

Late Cancellations and No Shows

• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment start time will incur a cancellation fee of the entire session.

• Clients who do not show up for their appointment will incur a no show fee of the entire session.

Rescheduling

• Clients wishing to reschedule their appointment may do so without penalty as long as the rescheduling is completed 12 hours prior to the original appointment time.

• Clients who reschedule their appointment within 12 hours prior to the original appointment time will incur a rescheduling fee of the entire session fee.
